PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involved extensive interior remodeling and site development. The interior work included reconfiguring the building layout, relocating mechanical and utility systems, and addressing structural repairs to the foundation and walls, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. 

Site improvements focused on erosion control, grading for proper drainage, and stream delineation to preserve natural features and comply with environmental standards. A tree protection and planting plan was also implemented to protect the surrounding landscape during construction. 

Land Disturbance and Building Permits were required by the City of Sandy Springs to carry out construction work for site improvements and interior remodeling. These permits were acquired to ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, energy codes, and environmental requirements. The project was designed to preserve the property’s integrity while meeting all regulatory and environmental standards.
