This residential site development project involved creating a site plan for two single-family detached homes, requiring a dual residential driveway for access due to limitations on direct access from Highway 138. The site plan was developed to include erosion and sediment control, grading, and other necessary components to meet the requirements for the building permit application. Coordination with the architect and soil classifier ensured the integration of the building and septic design into the site plan. Additionally, a dual driveway plan was created in compliance with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) standards, and the necessary GDOT permit was successfully obtained.
