PROJECT SUMMARY

This residential site development project involved creating a comprehensive site plan that addressed grading, the placement of a sidewalk along the main road, and resolving challenges posed by the existing drainage structure, which impacted the proposed driveway location. A Residential Drainage Plan (RDP) was developed to manage stormwater and ensure proper drainage. Erosion control measures were implemented according to the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual, including BMPs such as inlet protection, perimeter silt fencing, and stabilization of disturbed areas through temporary and permanent seeding. The project complied with Gwinnett County regulations, improving site accessibility, drainage efficiency, and environmental protection.
