PROJECT SUMMARY

This project aimed to enhance the backyard’s aesthetics and create a functional outdoor space around an existing swimming pool. Proposed improvements included a modular wall block with a decorative step and paver to complement the landscape. Site grading and erosion control plans were developed to ensure compliance with local and state standards and regulations, effectively preventing sediment runoff. The total site area was over 1 acre, with less than a quarter of an acre designated for land disturbance. Assistance was provided to the contractor in obtaining the necessary construction permits. Erosion and sediment control measures were implemented throughout the project to meet all local and state requirements.
