PROJECT SUMMARY
This project involved the replacement of a damaged masonry wall and foundation of a tenant building, along with rehabilitating the ADA-compliant facilities and the loading ramp, as well as performing other site improvements at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The repair plans focused on restoring the structural integrity of the masonry wall and foundation to ensure the building’s stability. Additionally, the project addressed the enhancement of ADA facilities to improve accessibility. All plans were submitted in compliance with the Department of Aviation (DOA) regulations, City of Atlanta building codes, and the International Building Code (IBC), ensuring adherence to both local and international standards. These improvements were designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and the overall functionality of the airport.
